Cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no fees. Cancellations/Rescheduling within 24 hour window will result in loss of deposit and transfer. New deposit will be required to rebook. DEPOSITS $15 Deposit required to book an appointment (appointment is not secured until deposit has been received.) Via Cashapp or Venmo. Deposit will be applied to overall cost of service. Deposits are transferrable before 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling window. LATE / NO SHOW Please contact me if you are running late. 15 minute grace period will be given, after 15 minutes appointment will be cancelled out of respect for all clients. Repeated NO CALLS/NO SHOWS may result in no more future bookings. Nail art cannot be guaranteed for late clients as it does take additional time. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Remaining balance must be paid with cash ,Cashapp or Zelle. I do not offer Dip Powder sets.
